Jesus, as He prepared to ascend to heaven, gathered His closest friends and commissioned them to go and make disciples of all men.  This charge established discipleship as the purpose of the church and the prime directive to all believers.  Discipleship is the process of connecting people to God and to each other in a way that will ensure their growth toward the Lord before their born again experience and growth in the Lord after they come to know Christ.

Blueprints involves building a system that will create an atmosphere whereby both pre-Christians and Christians can progressively move toward eternal life and spiritual maturity.
